Registration now open!!! The Mid Atlantic Diving diving league is designed to introduce the sport of diving to children of all ages and abilities in a fun and safe environment. The league runs for 15 weeks (September 2nd – December 18th). You can choose between an 8 week session or a full 15 week season. The league has two practices a week and multiple competitions, culminating in a championship meet at the end of the season. Divers will spend their time each month learning the core skills that promote safe diving while at the same time learning new flips, twists and tricks. At the end of the league Season there will be a championship meet in Durham with the seven participating teams of Duke Aquatics, Carolina Diving Academy, Ultimate Air Diving, New River Diving, Tar Heel Diving, South Carolina Diving, and Virginia Diving.Call to register 919-215-1722
