Welcome Beta Test Group,

We are happy to be back online with our first upgrade to CoachesPA.com.  Our group has grown in the last month.  We are happy to welcome Legacy Diving of Ypsilanti, Michigan to our test group.  As you know we have changed our name; we believe our new name truly defines what we do.  We are a Coach’s Personal Assistant.  We are happy to continue providing you with Online Registration, Bill Pay and Data Base Management.  We are also happy to announce that we will be offering web services for our members as early as October 1, 2008! This means that you can have us design your own club website quickly and at very reasonable prices because we have expertise in such sites.

The main part of our first upgrade is that now the money that each of your clients pays online will go directly to your bank account. It will take no more than three days after the completed transaction for your bank account to receive all the payments due. This is a huge improvement to the program—faster funding of your account, and complete transparency of the cash flow.  You will be able to track your payment through cyberspace as it moves into your bank account.  Reporting will be available online 24/7, and monthly statements will be sent detailing all transactions.

To implement our new system, you must sign up with a merchant account and get a Gateway ID.

It is entirely your choice who you use as a merchant account; however your gateway provider must be Authorize.net**.  They will give you an ID code which you will need to have available to set up your account with us (CoachesPA.com). This ID will direct our software to deposit the payments you receive into your Merchant Account and then to your bank account.

To simplify the process (and avoid any set up fees), click on the link below and apply for your Merchant Account and Gateway ID all at the same time. You will be set up and begin taking payments online within 48 hours—in time to receive your September 1^st payments.

Once you have completed the application and faxed your information in you will receive your gateway ID code within 48 hours!
